J. Ronald (Ronnie) Landreneau, P.E., P.L.S.
Ronnie Landreneau has worked on various engineering and surveying projects throughout his career and is a respected figure in the community.  Mr. Landreneau earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (formally the University of Southwestern Louisiana) in 1971.  He began his career as an Engineer in Training with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers later that year.  He later moved to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development and was soon responsible for running an entire field branch. In 1978 he started J. Ronald Landreneau and Associates.  His primary expertise is in roadway design, subdivision design and development,  sewer, water and gas system design, and construction management.

Mr. Landreneau is active in a number of professional organizations including the Louisiana Engineering Society, Louisiana Society of Professional Surveyors, National Society of Professional Engineers, and the Louisiana Construction and Industry Board. 

In 2001 and 2007 Mr. Landreneau was awarded the Business Person of the year award by the Ville Platte Chamber of Commerce.  Mr. Landreneau served as the president of the Ville Platte Chamber of Commerce from 1994-1996.

Todd Deville, P.E., P.L.S.
Todd Deville joined JRL in 1983.  Mr. Deville graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1983.  Mr. Deville has experience in roadway design, water system design, sewer system and treatment design, Civil Site Design, Project Managment, Environmental Reviews, Boundry Surveying,   Topographic Surveying, and various other engineering projects.

Prior to joining JRL Mr. Deville gained experience in the oil and construction industries.  Mr. Deville is a Senior Engineer and Senior Land Surveyor with JRL.
