Projects

J. Ronald Landreneau & Associates (JRL) has completed hundreds of projects of various types and sizes over the past 40 years.  The projects listed below represent a small sampling of some of the recent and ongoing projects being handled by JRL.

City of Ville Platte Water Distribution Rehabilitation Project
The existing City of Ville Platte water distribution system is past it's design life and this project will replace approximately 90% of the distribution lines in the city when it is completed.  When the project is completed the City of Ville Platte will have a safer, more reliable, and more efficient water system.  This project is currently in Phase 1 which is valued approximately $4 million dollars.   The total project values including all phases is approximately $12 million dollars.

New Recreational Facility in Ville Platte
The Evangeline-Ville Platte Recreational District has begun this project to build a new recreational facility in Ville Platte.  The facility will have four new baseball/softball fields surrounding a new concession/press-box building.  There will also be a playground and other amenities for the public to enjoy.  This project is valued at approximately 1.8 million dollars.

Pine Prairie Community Center
This 5,100 square foot steel framed building features a large assembly room, restrooms, and a kitchen. The building will serve the Pine Prairie Community for various events, and in the event of a severe storm it can be used as a relief center.  This was an approximately $700,000 project.
